Good news! I finally got a good tape to mp3 converter, which means I can FINALLY share some sick tapes I've been sitting on forever. Just don't let me be lazy and neglect this blog. (okay so after I did this one I noticed that it's already been on youtube for like two years but my version is better okay)

Anyway, about this demo. Regurgitated Foetus is (was?) a gore/noisecore side project of Acid Feast. CFMD and the sadly short-lived GCP Tapes & Noise each put out a run of tapes around the same time and I don't think either version can really be found anywhere at this point. This demo and a split with Horrible Gelatinous Blob seem to be the entirety of this project's output.

A grindcore band comprised of members of thecorpseinthecrawlspace. According to the Metal Archives, they put out a self-titled demo before this release and I think that's the entirety of their output. I don't know if they ever plan to do anything else with this band.
