Streptococcus Pyogenes / Grogor

I have a few Streptococcus Pyogenes splits that I've been neglecting to post for a while now, no idea why. So, I'd been under the impression that Strepto was a solo project for the entirety of its existence but it turns out Nick is sometimes joined by Vag / Septic Aroma of Reeking Stench and someone named Paul who I know nothing about. It's fascinating what you can learn when you bother to read the information on the inserts. I think I like the solo version of Strepto better (weird bouncy drum programming an all), but both are good.
Grogor is Nick and Vag again doing like grindcore/mincecore. It's pretty good, although it's odd that Strepto had real drums while this doesn't. It seems like the other way around would have fit better. According to their blog, Grogor had some more splits and stuff planned, but it looks like none of them ever happened.
I wish I knew what Nick was up to these days. If I remember correctly, the last I heard was that he had relocated to Scotland and intended to keep going with SP but didn't have any gear with him. That was a few years ago and the Strepto facebook page has disappeared since then, so that doesn't seem like a good sign.

Hyperemesis / Birth

I kind of assumed a split by bands as big as Hyperemesis and Birth would already be up for download somewhere but nah, I have to do everything myself. To be fair though, since this split is a few years old it probably has been posted previously on blogs that no longer exist.
This is from Birth's raw, noisy goregrind days, before they turned to a more Lymphatic Phlegm-influenced sound. Their side can also be found on Bandcamp with the original cover art. Birth isn't really active anymore, but Chris has a new band called Jugular Embolism. (edit 7-12 I finally listened to it and it's totally sick, nothing less than I'd expect from the dude)
I don't keep up with Hyperemesis so much, but I presume they're still doing stuff since I still see new things popping up in distros every so often.

What ever happened to Herukrat
I had totally forgotten about that project until just now

6-Way Slaughterparty split

Three Steve Embryo projects versus three Jen Lazarus projects. You know what Gruesome Toilet sounds like, but let me give quick descriptions for the other five.
I think Lepersex is the only project here that features two people, with someone named Phil joining Embryo. Maybe Phil Tarr? I'm not sure how to describe their sound, I guess like noisy blackened punk, all with Embryo's signature weirdness.
Uncle Homunculus may or may not feature guitar or bass and drums, but the sound is so degraded and monotonous that it kind of sounds like Embryo is just groaning and making random sounds over straight up hnw. It could be either really. I think it works best if you play it as background noise, like the weirdest ambient ever.
As I've said about Jen's gore side projects before, the ones here mostly sound like different takes on the Vomitoma sound. Dumpster Water Enema sounds like a noisecore incarnation of the aforementioned project, with the songs being short, structureless bursts of noise. It sounds like the drums are real too, which is pretty unusual for her stuff.
Jen's distinctive rumbling bass tone is absent from Gonorrheal Labia Mullusk, replaced by a set of synthetic beats (maybe it's programmed guitar? I can't tell). It's honestly pretty great. I wish I knew more projects that did this kind of weird cyber gorenoise, the only other one that comes to mind is Embryo's Gynophagia.
Acid Offal is like Vomitoma with everything cranked to fucking blast. This one is arguably the closest to the latter project in sound, but that only serves to demonstrate how different something can become when you change one element. I'm always taken off guard by the intensity of it. Vomitoma is the sound of slowly dissolving in stomach acid, while Acid Offal ironically sounds more like being furiously devoured by insects.
This split is one of my favorites for the way it shows off a variety of sick and interesting styles from two of the best in the gorenoise scene. I'm sad that Lepersex and Uncle Homunculus don't seem to have recorded anything else. Campaign For Musical Destruction had some copies of this when they acquired all the old Splatterfuck, Mental Abuse, etc stuff a little under two years ago, but I think they're out of them now so good fucking luck finding one.

Conscious During a Craniectomy - Promo 2015

I genuinely wasn't sure if my CD was fucked up or if the drums on this are just programmed at like speedcore tempo. Enjoy.

Wake The Machines ‎– The Leppard Sessions III + IV

If you don't fuck with Wake the Machines you're not welcome here. This tape compiles the WTM material for splits with Agathocles, SMG, Ocksen, Gorgonized Dorks, and Morose. I actually got most of the songs for this from the WTM Bandcamp. I think Wake the Machines had a bunch of splits planned that never ended up happening, including most of the ones on this tape. I have no idea if the other bands' sides ended up getting released elsewhere or if they ever got recorded at all.
I found this layout on the Hash Crimes fb page. It's a little different from the final version (the limitation got upped to 100, the Lovecraft on the right got the MITB skull shopped over his head, and obviously the title was amended in remembrance of Jef Leppard), but I was too lazy to scan mine.
Wake the Machines has been done since 2013 or 2014. Scott Kindberg is still making noise with She Walks Crooked as I've mentioned before, and I'm not sure if any of the other former members are making music anymore.
