Buzzov•en - Wound

This is pretty far off from the kind of stuff I normally post, but I fucking love this seven inch. I bought it at a record store about two years ago and naturally wanted to find a rip of it so that I wouldn't have to be limited to only being able to listen to the songs when I was at home and not feeling too lazy to play the record. A search revealed that it had been posted on a number of blogs before, but I found nothing but dead links. I guess download blogs are kind of a dying art these days, but for me personally, that only adds to the appeal of running this one to be honest. Anyway, I finally found a rip of this on Soulseek recently and I wanted to make it more readily available on the internet again. It's dark, angry music and I think anyone interested in music that conveys those feelings should check it out, even if they're not necessarily a big fan of sludge.

Allied Recordings shut down years ago and I guess copies of this seven inch are somewhat hard to find now. There are plenty for sale on Discogs though, and they really aren't priced too terribly compared to a lot of other underground recordings from this time period (Deche-Charge's s/t seven inch comes to mind, something that I bitterly want and wish wasn't so expensive). The tracks from this seven inch were also released as bonus tracks on the CD version of the Unwilling to Explain EP, which can likewise still be found on places like Discogs and Ebay for fairly reasonable prices.
