Last Days of Patriarchy is an old project by two names you may or may not recognize, Per Palmqvist (Thanatopsis, Lymphoma, Shitfaced) and Sonny (Amoebe, Sexchange, 9922). I think Per is a bit more known, but Sonny's involvement was what captured my interest. Amoebe is an old favorite of mine.
The two sessions on this tape were recorded in 2010 and 2011 but never got released as far as I know until Septic Aroma of Reeking Stench put this out in 2016. Sonny does vocals on both sides and guitar on Rage, Per does drums on both and guitar on Smash the Patriarchy. There's really not much difference in sound between the two sides though. Putrefaction in Progress is obviously the biggest point of reference here, just with more of a gorenoise/noisecore edge due the the more lo-fi production and less powerful drumming. It's good, just nothing you need to go out of your way to acquire unless you're a big fan of Sonny or Per or LDOH worship projects. If you do need it though this tape is sold out from SAORS but I think a few European distros might still have copies.
