I like noisecore just fine but it's not a genre where I tend to actively seek out new things to listen to very often. So I didn't bother to check out Oozing Meat until I started hearing good things about this tape from people whose opinions I value. I'm realizing now that it was a mistake to not listen to them sooner because this is excellent. It's like they took the Deche-Charge template and added passages of harsh noise, weird vocal effects, and a few parts where it straight up sounds like the tape is being eaten. Noisecore done right, I shouldn't have expected anything less from a member of Suppression.
You can a bunch more Oozing Meat releases on the CNP Bandcamp.
This was released almost exactly a year ago by Dead Gods, a newish record store/label that has already put out a lot of cool noise stuff. You can still get this and other Dead Gods tapes from Analog Worship and American Damage (another great new label, incidentally), as well as a couple of discogs sellers.
